First of all my Pella Ambulance team from Pella Regional Health Center to Mercy One Westlake West Des Moines Iowa West Des Moines. Very knowledgeable and professional. Had the most amazing medical team from Doctor Stankovich, Dr. Wimer and Dr Bissing and Amber and all my Nurses and Techs and Pulmonary Therapists Kim and Dennis and Chaplin Michael ever thought of. The nurse I had was super kind and the doctor was incredibly helpful. I was treated very quickly. I had a good experience at this hospital. It was recommended to me by a friend and I would also recommend it to a friend.
Called and inquired about wait times in Emergency Department as I had cut my leg and needed stitches at 1100PM on a Tuesday night. The young nurse that answered the phone was quite short and abrupt when I inquired about wait times. Immediately irritated. I drove 35 minutes to Mercy West. I was the only patient in the facility. I was taken right back by two RNs for vitals and then immediately seen by Dr Lindsey Colling and her staff. Dr Colling was very prompt capable and respectful.
