I took my son here for a nose bleed. The D.O. saw us for 2 or 3 minutes after we waited almost 2 hours (in a nearly empty hospital ER). We received a bill of almost $2,500, including a separate $750 bill for the D.O. who stated 'maybe it's the air' that caused the nose bleed and walked out.

One of the most frustrating medical care experiences I've ever had. Short version: an embarrassing level of care and lack of urgency that nobody should ever trust in an emergency. Took over three hours to get a head wound treated, on a night when practically no other patients were there. Brought in my preschool-age son. He had a head injury and laceration, was actively bleeding when we brought him in, and he had half of his face covered in blood. Worst ER ever the dont care about patients the bring you in the room and go the come every 2-3 hours to check on you if you come here for anything you will spend 10 hours so the can bill you more

My brother in-law was drugged while he was drinking. We called the ambulance and got to the hospital. They kept telling us that he was just drunk even though he stopped breathing and didn’t have a lot to drink. They didn’t take a toxicology report or anything. They sent us home and we woke up the next morning and he couldn’t remover anything for more than two minutes.
