Waited two weeks for my medication to be sent to pharmacy, after it was finally sent… it was the wrong medication. Wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone.
I’ve had nothing but great experiences here at MercyOne! Found my new PCP here after one visit.
Dr. Munro is personable, knowledgeable, and a good listener. The receptionist is vindictive and after a death, being assaulted, and needing a new medication they sent my script to the wrong side of town and argued with me that they sent it to the right pharmacy. They did NOT. I went into the office because they were closing and I needed that medication today. I had been assaulted and needed antibiotics promptly. The worst patient experience imaginable. I went in for testing and did not receive follow-up testing results for over 1 week. The typical testing time is no longer than 72 business hours. I called my practitioner’s nurse several days in a row for follow-up and never received any calls back. The office manager also never followed up with on what the issue for my testing was even after admitting someone ‘dropped the ball’ at some point in the process.
