My son had to get stitches the other day and they took wonderful care of him. I couldn't ask for anything more and all the staff were so friendly and accommodating!
Usually they give the X-ray results before you leave and they didn't do that. They put me in a thumb splint and told me to wait for them to call me, this was on a Saturday. I called them later on after 12pm and they didn't have the results still and the lady on the phone was rude. She wasn't helpful at all. I'm starting to think that there care there is going down hill.
I went into the clinic for shortness of breath that my regular asthma inhaler wasn't taking care of. I should have gone to the emergency room because I waited for 2 hours to be seen. After waiting an hour I didn't feel comfortable driving because I was so short of breath and they told me that I would be the next to be seen, which obviously was not true. Was there nearly 2 hours. Seemed like just one doctor on duty. Not good for just after 4pm
Quickly got me in & treated for a laceration, despite a full waiting room. Discussed my options & received quick service. Dr. Runde was very nice & professional.
Always go there for non emergency ailments. This particular visit was super fast. Thanks!
The x-ray tech was awesome! Long wait but at least they have a tv.
