Find a Doc number never respond and never return back to my voice messages. I have called 4 or 5 different days and left message for last one mounth but they never return back to my calls. Also, I filled form on the internet but there was also no response.

I just had the most horrible and evil treatment at Mercy. Although face shields have been considered satisfactory at every other hospital and doctor office I've been to, I was told at Mercy that I can no longer have treatments or tests done there if I'm not willing/able to wear a mask. I explained that I cannot wear a mask without my nausea bringing on dry heaves and vomiting due to my health issues. RecommendedMy wife and I recently welcomed our first child at Mercy and could not have asked for a better experience! Everyone from doctors to nurses were extremely caring, attentive, and personable. Hands down recommend their birthplace to anyone and everyone!
RecommendedI am here on the 7th floor for therapy after my stroke. All of the therapists and nurses have been amazing with their care and attention to getting me back to normal. I highly recommend coming here for any of your healthcare needs.
Carrie Brown Benns receptionist just told me it’s not her problem that they won’t refill my depression medicine and won’t call for an approval even when it’s a desperate situation!!! Mercy care Marion is a horrible place that doesn’t give a crap about their patients! This is the second time that same receptionist has told me it isn’t her problem and nothing was done about her or her attitude the first time! They don’t care if their patients commit suicide cause it “it’s not her job or her problem”!
