I was a regular client and big fan of this vet until I discovered that my private information was being gossiped about with other clients by a receptionist.
I can say for a fact, that Mercy Pet Hospital has been great to us and our four-legged family members! We've had more than our share of problems the last couple years. And they have always been there for us! They are compassionate, courteous and the vets are fabulous! Dr. Briggs (especially) has done more for us than any other vet and made difficult diagnosis, that others missed. A lot of our older animals have passed us last year. Office staff was exceptional. Took me right in even though I did not call ahead. While they do not ordinarily take walk ins they could obviously see my stress and concern. The medical staff were quick and so efficient. Answered all my concerns and called me the next day to give me a game plan. I will definitely make them my go to vet from here on out. Thank you to all the staff for their help and patience. ps there rates were better than anywhere I have been in the past two years.
Staff were extremely nice and informative! Highly recommend!
