Horrible customer service! Kim an employee at this location accused a customer of being rude because the customer was asking for vet records. See the video.. I saw it on Facebook and it went viral.
Staff is nice but doesn’t take the time to look at records asks question they could answer by looking in advance and seem frustrated with you when you don’t have the answers. The vet actually said it was to time consuming to look at the records !!! Horrible hold times when you do have to call in and the tech today was 45 min late front desk let us sit in the lobby without saying a word to us
