I could not be happier with this clinic! I called to make an appointment because I thought my pit bull had foxtails in his ears. Christian answered the phone, and she was so nice and helpful---she got me an appointment first thing the next morning. The office is nice and clean, and the staff is awesome! Turned out to be a bunch of gunk in his ear, not a fox tail (thankfully) but they took good care of my baby and had him ready to go when they said they would. Can't beat the price, either! Thank you, thank you! You guys rock!

Mercy Pet Hospital and Dr. Melissa Noakes have been wonderful! Dr. Noakes has taken great time and care with me to understand the various terminal diseases my cat may have, and the best procedures and tests to undertake. She, and the Mercy Pet Hospital team, have worked with me financially and emotionally through a most difficult time. I give them 5 Stars.
Today was our first experience at the Fair Oaks location and it was fantastic! From the receptionist who was so kind on the phone getting us right in to getting to the office and the nurse coming to get us so excited to help our dog out and well educated staff and Dr. Everything was explained very well I felt no pressure to get things we didn't need today and there didn't seem to be any hidden costs. I will no longer be bringing my 4 dogs to this place. The front office staff is rude and they never followup or call when they say they will. I really wish I has something positive to say about the Dr's however I've got nothing. I now take them to Loomis Basin Veterinary Clinic, they may be a little more expensive but definitely worth it. Customer service is awesome and they genuinely care about the furbabies where as Mercy is only concerned about collecting the money....
I love this vet! They are very kind to my dog Max and are very warm. I won't go anywhere else.
I brought in my Boston right after I got her, you had just opened up, you all have been wonderful. Also a few months ago our family brought in our lab to help him cross over the "rainbow bridge". All of you were compassionate and so nice. We got to say our goodbyes and be with him as he passed. They let us take our time. I recommend you to anyone who asks.
