Amazing service, out my two kitty’s down here over the past year and just had my kitten get his vaccinations and neutered, staff was absolutely amazing and my kitten is playing with his toys less than an hour after returning home ! Will make this my go to vet�
RecommendedThis place is the best!!! Kind of a pain since it is first come first serve but so worth the wait. Affordable and the staff is totally pet loving. Whether you are taking your pet for medical care or sadly having to have it put to rest this staff is nothing but loving, kind and understanding. Had to have a dog put to sleep last weekend and just received a sympathy card with our dog's paw print enclosed. They truly love their patients.
Beyond kind, and understanding staff. Affordable!!! If your looking for a vet who actually cares about your pet this is the place for you. Had to put my beloved pet down after 16 years. They treated me with over amounts of kindness, and understanding. They sent me a hand written card with kind words regarding my loss.
I had to put my 14 year old dog to sleep. They were very caring and did so much to make her comfortable and us also. They sent me a card with her paw prints. Made me cry. Loved it.
Fair oaks location is better. CH location misfiled my paperwork ( had my dog listed under random people’s names) several times, had to repeat to them several times to not microchip my already microchipped dog, horrible bed side manner. I set up an appt a week in advance and when I got there they turned me away even though it was their fault my appt wasn’t in the system. Never go here again! Very disorganized.
I had to buy my Honey bun down two weeks ago� one of the hardest things I have ever had to do and they was so kind and caring� they went above and beyond for my family and myself. I can never thank them enough for helping me through this hard time.
This vet used to be great in my opinion. Not sure what has happened but it is going downhill fast if you ask me. Prices have doubled and customer service reps are rude and worthless. Don't you dare ask questions about why they turn you over to Sac city for being a responsible pet owner and getting vaccines? They stated its only a sign and they have yet to report anyone. They lied, we just got letters from the city. Oh, and watch out for the bubbles they place on your account.........
They lied and said they don't turn you in to animal control but they do. Get vaccination there and you now get they city after the responsible owners. Now this is going to lead to less people willing to vaccinate.
I had the unfortunate experience of having to make the decision to end my dogs life. Everyone was very professional, sympathetic and made this very difficult decision/experience as easy a possible. Thank you to the wonderful staff and doctor that helped us say goodbye to our sweet Mya.
