Save your money and avoid hours & hours of aggravation. This vet cost me $900 of an unprocessed pet insurance claim because they do NOT read transferred medical records & fabricate their own dates. They refuse to correct their error. They overcharge for meds 5X over. Walmart Pet RX is the only way to go for prescriptions.

The best vet in the area. Affordable and exemplary care. All the vets that my pups have seen have been thorough and outstanding. They really care and I wouldn’t take my pup anywhere else. Dr Taylor especially went above and beyond to make sure my puppy got seen in a stressful situation. 5 stars

Short Story: Poor customer service. Policies and procedures, that are not customer friendly and lack common sense. Long Story: I called Mercy Pet Hospital last week to schedule a spay appt for one our livestock guardian dog. I explained she is currently under the care of our equine vet (who is also a small animal vet) but obviously a spay surgery can't be done in our barn. They set up an appt. for Monday @ 8:30am. This place is more concerned about their policies and raising prices than the actual pets i had been a life long custome and they wouldn't see my pet because I was 2 minutes past his check in window I use to love this place they were very friendly, knew my dog by name just from seeing him and they were very reasonably priced This is no longer the case I feel the whole staff has changed and no longer care about anything other than getting my dog in and out as quick as possible they have no common courtesy any longer and have ... read more
