I had appendicitis and ended up having an appendectomy performed by Dr. Reid. It was an odd time due to the covid-19 restrictions. Every single staff member (security included) was so kind, helpful and accommodating and made the entire experience amazing. I am so grateful for the entire staff! They did an amazing job and we are so fortunate to have such a good team locally!
I had a minor surgery and received amazing care from nursing staff, the Physicians, and everyone in between.
I was one who came in on ambulance with diabetic problems Extremely low blood sugar, 15 when paramedics got to me! YOU all did an Amazing job!! Thank you so very much!!! I recognize some of you by your masks!!!

I had a surgery at Mercy earlier today. The Nurses and medical staff couldn’t have been more professional and compassionate! I’m really glad I selected Mercy as my Hospital!
I am currently undergoing treatments in the Healing Center for migraines. My birthday was yesterday and I had a couple of treatments. For the afternoon treatment, I got a balloon and a small ice pack, presumably from the Gift Shop. The people in the Healing Center go above and beyond for their patients. Way to go to the nurses and doctors of the Healing Center! Truly impressed and will use Mercy when at all possible for routine and migraine care. Thank you!
