Gone downhill in the last few years. I’m currently here after being in a car accident. My hand is numb, but they are doing nothing—won’t even X-ray it. I rang my nurse bell because the room near me someone is yelling for help and no one is coming...took fifteen minutes for someone to answer the bell. Good thing it wasn’t my emergency. Patient care is awful! Just heard an employee admonish another that the thermometers with the red are rectal—seriously?? Don’t make that mistake with me! This doctor is rude and out of line
Based off how the front desk answers the phone with a very condescending tone and the bad reviews I'll look elsewhere.
Wonderful and caring ER staff. Very thorough, explained clearly what they were doing. We were 300 miles from home, if something had to happen we are th thankful it was near this facility.

I want to thank all the staff for all their hard work and compassion,i must say They were the best experience I've ever had at mercy.Waiting room full,Ambulance were coming I swear every 30 min. And I never seen one employee be rude. Keep up the great care. You have completely put the trust back in my heart from my awful experience in 2014.❤❤❤
