the nursing staff on the 7th floor is very very rude all around attitude problem . aside from Joseph .
Almost killed me was brought in with chest pain and a blood pressure of 200/112 never saw a doctor just the doctors physicians assistant Who felt bothered to do his job, they ran two tests and sent me home and told me nothing was wrong with me one week later I am in summa Akron having open heart surgery for 11 days for a heart specialty hospital they suck runaway go to Akron do not go to Canton Mercy Medical Center

I went in for outpatient labs may 29th at 12 and it started off well. They got me registered in a good amount of time and back quick too but I have a problem with the person who registered me. Once I was called back my name was muffled (perfectly normal and it happens) but when the nurse went back to see if I was still there the person who registered me in screamed out loud “WELL SHE SHOULD BE OUT THERE BECAUSE I TOLD HER SHE HAD TO HAVE A BLOOD TEST AND IF AHE ISN’T THEN THATS HER FAILT” ..... first of all, it was embarrass... read more
Lying here with the tylonal an ibuprofen on one side an my pistol on the other debating to shoot myself I hurt so bad from your dental work today! No proper meds to deal with three teeth pulled stitches etc after numbness wears off good luck I think u have to be stronger than me I guess if I make it through the night I will make it my mission to let everyone know how bad you are at seeing the patient through! Today I went for labs. I have a dual power port and the RN did not access my ports correctly. So therefore I have 2 bruised arms and and a bruised hand all due to their lack of knowledge on how to draw from a port. The lab nurses need to know how to access both a single and a dual port.

the staff at Mercy are so awesome! Marie, Adom, and Diane in cardiac care are truly wonderful professionals and caring individuals. The nurses in radiology are so patient and great at their jobs. I love you guys...thank you!❤
