Horrible experience.... even though they told me they treat children they def do not do well. I will most definitely not be back and will drive the extra 30 Mins to have my daughter seen at children’s ! Left the ER and was back in the urgent care not even 12 hours later where they diagnosed my daughter with strep, which is what I begged the doc to test for and she missed an ear infection..... she told me what my daughter had was viral but sent me home with an antibiotic... asked what I was given an antibiotic for if it’s vir... read more
The past 3 times we have taken my grandpa there have been absolutely terrible experiences. I do believe the nurses & doctors are adequate but the lack of organization & inefficiency is disgraceful. Two examples, after a minor surgery we waited 4 hours for him to be moved to a room because it had to be cleaned. The following day he was cleared by doctor at 7:30 am. It took almost 4 hours to discharge him - an hour of that time was simply “waiting for a wheelchair.” Those are just 2 examples from one stay in the hospital. Abso... read more

I like mercy medical center
My husband arrived by ambulance in severe pain and passing out. The paramedics were unable to start an IV. Mercy took my husband off the stretcher, put him in a wheelchair and wheeled him out to the waiting room. When they finally took him to triage, he passed out in the wheelchair and the nurse didn’t even notice. I started shaking him and calling his name and the receiving clerk finally came back. friendly staff, caring and supportive
First off. I was involved in a car and was brought in by ambulance and got put out in the waiting room as soon as I got here. how tf does that happen? Second, there no reason I should be in the waiting what so ever if I’m brought in by ambulance. And I was waiting to go get a X-ray done for over a hour. Like wtf kinda ppl do y’all having working here
