I have been seeing my neurologist through st Rita's mercy health for years, normally you have to leave a voicemail, but they generally call you back relatively quickly. If they don't call you back asap it is because they are very busy. It is a 1 doctor practice. Overall I love mercy health. They are nice and helpful people.
They mainly take calls through voicemail. It's been 3 months since I was referred to this office and I call once or twice a week leaving voicemails each time. I've been called back once and they couldn't schedule me because they said they didn't receive the referral. According to my doctor they sent it over twice. I will be going else where.
