My experience with Mercy is always good. The level of care given is exceptional from the front to the back. And I thank GOD for them.
The fact that it got two stars instead of one star is that it provides a needed service to the community. My only major issue is that because there was no documentation about arriving early my dental problem which escalated was left untreated.
Failed to meet expectations after being told on Wednesday to be there first thing Friday so my brother could be seen. Got there early and was turned away after they accepted only 12 walk ins. Was not told this either on the website or by the lady I spoke with on wednesday. They also stated that Friday was their " half day" even though that was not told to me or posted on the site. I won't recommend this place.
I went there for the first time on October14th and got there round 6:35am for dental. After sitting there for 2 hours I was finally called to check-in only to be turned around for missing paperwork that I wasn't aware I needed. I was told that I would get a call that day to be scheduled an appointment to come in for an intake. I got the call a few hours later and ended up getting an apology for the mishap.
