they are about the most un professional establishment iv bewn too, the doctor i was seeing is not there, how was i supposed to know this, this place is so unorganized
they do not do what they say they do have never sent my records to Dr I have asked for also charges you for services they never did

My husband and I had a very good experience at this City of Refuge location. All of the staff members that we interacted with today were professional, friendly, and caring! Dr. Magnat and nurse Yolanda were very patient and took the time to explain everything to us in detail. We really appreciate their hospitality because English is our second language. The front desk receptionist Marla was very efficient and helpful! They really enjoy their jobs. We had a very positive experience and recommended Mercy Care! N and A Gruzdov.
