We had an emergent situation yesterday with our 11 year old doxie, Leia. Sadly, she didn't make it. I can say the staff at Mercy were the most compassionate and kind hearted people. They seem to feel our pain during that time. They didn't rush us or make us feel hurried although the clinic was about to close. Thank you to everyone at Mercy Animal Hospital. You will hold a special place in out hearts.
Our fur baby got bit by a rattlesnake and we took her to an emergency clinic in Birmingham. When they released her they recommend that we take her for a follow up. We didn't have a regular veterinarian at the time but we have found her at Mercy. Dr. Nicole Metcalf and nurse Allison took excellent care of our baby. We couldn't thank the staff enough. Everyone was so friendly, caring, and professional.
Great place,professional staff and great atmosphere. This was my 2nd visit and everything went smoothly from checkin,to the postsurgery status update and then bringing my furbaby home. I was stunned to receive a call the next day to check how he was recovering. These prople truly care!
Mercy is the most amazing vet I have ever taken my animals too. We have been with them for more years then I can count and they have always been passionate and caring people. They truly love the animals they care for and I will never use any other vet.
