We love mercy! Our girl bambam who is about 6 months old loves it to! She gets so excited going to bark and stretch! The staff all love the animals that come in. They are all very friendly. On a special note, we had to put down our 11 year old dog last week. All the staff were so caring and sweet and handled everything. They were kind and patient with our old man and us. I couldn’t imagine having to handle that heart wrenching situation with out them.
Mercy and Dr Metcalf took wonderful care of my baby Mr Whiskers this past weekend when he developed crystals/cystitis. They are all so compassionate! Wouldn’t take my babies anywhere else!

I have been using Mercy for a while now. They are the best vets in Alabama. they treat my fur babies so wonderfully. Great staff. I will not use anyone else!!
