My mom and I had to put our Baby Z (yorkie-poo) down this last Thursday. We had him for 7 years and he was the absolute best little buddy we could have ever asked for. All of it was extremely sudden and completely shattered our hearts. Dr. Parsons and nurse Chelsea were the absolute best and very sympathetic to what we were having to do. Found a dog badly wounded this morning. Took her to mercy and everyone was so sweet. Gave us a care package and got her all set up. Thank you to everyone there.
They are compassionate, caring, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for the services they treat there..We (our family) is forever indebted to the exceptional care Molly received. There staff is 2nd to none. I highly recommend the care of your precious babies to them!
If I could rate 0 stars I would.. Will NOT ever be back.. they vaccinated my dog without my consent and tried too say they called me but did not and phone worked for everyone else just fine so not only did I pick up my half a** groomed dog shaking horribly, but was unexpectedly charged an outrageous amount for shots they gave without my permission that I have proof she was up too date on & also dealt with unapologetic, unprofessional staff that didn't seem too care about my concerns or not or even their jobs & was not willin... read more
