Saul Lopez contacted me the next morning after my CarGurus inquiry the night before. We set up a test drive within a few hours and a few hours later. I was driving my 2016 GLE 350 home. It helped that I was preapproved for financing through car gurus the night before which helped things move along smoothly and accurately. Highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Ontario.

Salesman was up front with me about a repair issue with the vehicle prior to a test drive and called me back when the car was available. No high pressure whatsoever. You can’t put a price on dealer/sales personnel honesty and courtesy.
