I want to shout out Mark, Kevin, and Jimmy. These three gentlemen made my experience phenomenal. This was the first time I have purchased a car, and they ensured it went smoothly. Mark had excellent communication skills, consistently kept me in the loop, and was also assisting in my best interest. Called for a vehicle they were advertising as available. Then was told the car wasn’t even there. Called back a week later cause listing was still online. Sales man told me it was available, manager called back and said car was sold but they were waiting for customer to pick up.
I haven’t actually had the time to get by there yet, but Kevin was quite helpful in sending me a video of the car walking around it since I’m not able to get in until later this month. He was understanding of my timeline and went above and beyond to get me as much information as possible before I’m able to get there. Thanks, Kevin!
