Not a good experience. I called on a car that was posted on car-guru. Two different sales persons attempted to describe the car as if it was in their possession. later found out the car was an auction purchase and it had not arrived at the dealership yet. I felt I was being lied to and they never came up with a real status until the third salesperson admitted the car was not on their lot. Be wary about this place

Great experience shopping for and ultimately purchasing a used Jetta. I was very impressed during each step of the process.
