I bought a certified pre-owned Mercedes GL and it has been in the shop for multiple issues. (Major issues such as having the catalytic converter replaced all the way down to little rattles) It has left me stranded with my kids on multiple occasions. When they do have it in the shop it is for weeks at a time. Currently they have had my car 2 weeks and 6 days this time. The car is not dependable.
Kelly Morgan has been awesome to work with! Quickly sized up both of our personalities and adapted her style to each of us. Actual buying process was quick and efficient. The most telling thing for me is the service after the buy. That experience has exceeded my expectations. Kelly responds immediately, begins trouble shooting and takes care of any issues quickly. Has been a very enjoyable experience!
Wonderful, attentive customer Service! Brandon and Don left nothing undone for us! We pulled in just looking at their lot and left with a beautiful car.
