We have bought many cars from MB of Tyler and we have had wonderful experiences with each one with Brandon and TR as our sales team. We have enjoyed all our experiences with MB of Tyler EXCEPT with Victoria in the service department. They have failed to pick my car up for service on three occasions. Each time they have called after the appointment pick up time to ask if it’s ok to pick up and then ask for information they should have asked for upon booking the appointment.
