I traveled from Louisiana to lay my eyes on my first Convertible Mercedes Benz and they went above and beyond to make sure the process went smoothly. A car dealership is only as good as the integrity of their salesman. We spoke to a salesman last night. He was eager to get the car out...saying he would have it ready as they are doing road work. We called this morning to say we were coming and he said he didn’t think he could get the car out. Then he went on to say the price was not the same. We were driving from Atlanta to Arizona. Our check engine light came on and we immediately started looking at Dallas for answers. Luckily we found and called the team in Tyler. Honest and polite and respectful of our situation, they talked us off the ledge, fixed us up and got us on the way. Thanks to Walt and Matt in the service departments specifically but the whole staff was friendly and helpful.
I am very satisfied with the service at Mercedes Benz of Tyler! Greg Lillich was genuine, laid back and very helpful! Stewart, the finance manager was very kind and easy going. No pressure from either of these guys. Laura, the concierge spent about an hour with me explaining the functions of the car! She was very patient with an old lady who is technically challenged!
