Walked in, was not greeted, no communication. NOTHING. I took photos of vehicles and grabbed a booklet. I decided to keep my CTS and just by a Mercedes from someone else.
Owen the service manager was first class! He knew we were from out of town and took care of us like we live across the street.. I recommend everybody with a Mercedes in the area use this guys for all your car repairs.
