Excellent customer service...
Hit a huge pothole where a lot of construction is taking place as you leave Tuscaloosa. I knew the moment it was hit, my tire was toast. I have run flats and made it to a station to inspect the tire and found a big crack and hole in the sidewall, Nice people stopped to help and provided me with information on the nearest dealership. Luckily, one was only a few miles away. We made it and these move folks took care of us quickly. Thanks for getting me and my girls back on the road to Atlanta.
I would definitely recommend buying your next vehicle at Mercedes-Benz of Tuscaloosa. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I drove three and a half hours passing two Mercedez-Benz dealerships to purchase from them.
