Had some minor issues with my car, Called and booked an appointment with Owen for the time that worked for me... It's an hours drive for me, so I try to take care of other business that I have in T-Town while I'm there..... thank you very much to LaDon for getting everything taken care of, and providing a courtesy car so that I could take care of everything else in town... I LOVED the kind and helpful way that I was treated... you have my business from now on!

We just bought our car yesterday they delivered today. Best experience ever buying a car and we will never go anywhere else. The sales person was Keith Green he was very patient with us, showed us everything on the car and could not have been any nicer. I highly recommend him and the finance guy was super also. From the moment we went in and we had been to 6 in Birmingham before that and drove to Tuscaloosa they were the best. We love our new car and the service we received. We will be back, thank you all so much.

They told us to be here at 7:30 this morning. When we got here, they said the part was not even here. So they asked us to leave and then come back at 1:30. We live 1 1/2 hours away, so we just found something to do I. Tuscaloosa and come back at 1:30. It is now 3:47 and we are still here waiting. We took the day off of work and gave literally sat all day. This is ridiculous. We got to reminders this past week to be here at 7:30 Also we called and make sure we needed to be here at 7:30, and they said yes. So no, I don’t recom... read more
