Poor oil change experience
I've been coming here since 2004 when I bought My first Mercedes Benz & They always go above and beyond to help us with Our Mercedes Benz's Me, My Sister & My Parents - Top Notch Outfit.
The worst service department ever. Even when my brakes were in great shape I was given wrong readings and after I got on a call with Mercedes Benz North America and explained them the service department said the brakes are okay it was all a misunderstanding. Their service manager Shawn is rude and horrible as a service manager he does not want to listen when the customer explains the problem.
