I was happy with the promptness and courtesy offered by the staff. I also appreciate the full disclosure that was given when recommending future repairs on my Mercedes. Knowing if I should fix something right now or in due time is really helpful for budgeting.
Wish I could give them 0 stars. Wasnt a pleasant experience during the purchase as their staff seemed agressive and annoyed with me trying to purchase my used 2014 audi s6. Shortly after purchasing my new car I had an issue that caused me to have audi do some warranty work on the car. An audi master technician discovered the turbos on my vehicle were damaged and failing inside the warranty(TSB # ********* documents this issue but they didnt care)directly provided from mercades benz of st paul. Well look at this, take the car in for a recall fix & they almost matched the same things we were quoted for, that they say needed repairs on, for our other Mercedes last April!! We had a second opinion on the other vehicle & to this day there is no oil leak!! Scammers!! I wonder how many other people have had these identical repairs done that didn’t need it?? We just had my car in 5 days prior to this recall fix (not at Mercedes) & it checked out just fine!! This is just wrong!!
