FINALLY Received my check yesterday, with NO letter of apology, just the check in an envelope. Very sad about how horrible the customer service. They could at least have written a letter of apology. It really took 5 weeks to find my check? I left a $250 deposit on a car wanted to sleep on it overnight before I officially committed. I have been working for almost a month to get my deposit back. I went with another car company locally. Felt this dealership was aggressive, pushy and it made me uncomfortable. Very disappointed after many emails and calls, I have yet to receive my $250 deposit back.

Received coupon for FREE cabin filter but was charged for installation. Bait and switch that they did not tell my about before hand. They failed to wash my car after paying begrudgingly. They said because of Covid they could not. I left and had my car washed at Paradise car wash, inside and out.
ive had my vehicle in here several times and have always been happy with their service department. They go above and beyond to provide a good experience.
