Zero Stars out of Five: They knowingly sold me a car with the defective, murdering Takata airbags, which means passengers can't ride in my car without the danger of being killed by a defective, shrapnel-laden airbag. They said it was "certified-pre-owned", but it has a grenade in the dashboard. 🤷♂️🤦♂️ The remediation plan for this issue is over a year out, so I don't know what I am supposed to do now. Any ideas? Awful experience; continues to haunt me every time I drive.
Took my car in for a SBC pump which is about a hour and a half job (I know this because of being a Mercedes Tech for almost 10 years and have replaced atleast a hundred of them)...waited 3 hours, asked for an update 2 advisors told me my car was in the wash...ended up being my car was still in the air being worked on...took them almost 4 hours to decide to give me a loaner because it was taking too long...very unfortunate I won't get a CSI servay because my car is too old.
They were friendly and made it convenient and were very efficient when we had the repair done. They communicated during the process plus I love that it came back washed -even the floor mats were clean!
Polite staff. Explained everything in terms I could understand (I'm not a car person). Work done promptly and surprisingly not as expensive as I thought a dealer might be.
We just purchased a 2015 ML350 from here. We worked with Greg Clark and the rest of the team at MB of St Paul. The buying experience was fantastic and we are very happy with everything. They aren’t the nearest MB dealer for us, but they are worth the extra drive.
