I can't speak highly enough about the service we received from Henry Jungbauer and the rest of the awesome staff at this dealership! My wife and I were not pressured at all and were shown exactly what we asked for. Henry is amazing at that he does. He is a big educator and gathers all the info up front so he doesn't waste your time looking at cars that won't be a fit. He is incredibly friendly and relatable. I am very disappointed. I scheduled a service appointment online; two days prior to it, I received a call from the shop to reconfirm it and the service to be provided then, the day before, I got another call and now they say they didnt know the type of service that I needed for the car and thus could not allocate people to perform it. What kind of information system do you have in place? Use a clipboard and pen, at least, to capture the data and use it.

Have been taking my benz here for a couple years, Always Great service. The service I just received was NO where near what I'm used to. Picked up my car, and it still had a clunk in the front end, which by the way was worse than when i dropped it off. Your service dept said it was shocks, and wanted to charge us out of pocket over 2,000. Took it somewhere else, and it was fixed immediately and it was covered by the warranty.. NOT happy will not be back, You Lost a customer ....
