What a disaster ...walked in with the intention to lease or buy a new car and Bill...after talking to me for 10 minutes walked away to the different client to show them a car. I am sitting in his office like a duck waiting for him...can you believe this ???? this is called a lock of respect to the client. I was very happy with the buying experience I had at the dealership. Henry was my sales guy. He did a excellent job taking care of my car needs an communicated with me on a daily bases.
