Dealer did reply quickly. Drove 2 1/2 hour to see a car that I put a deposit on over the phone. The car was not as described. First I was told it was kept in the show room and was in as new condition. When I arrived the car was coming back from the car wash. Still dirty, obviously was kept outside. Very bad road rash on two of the four wheels. They probably will need to be replaced. The other two were also scratched up pretty bad. Best people I have ever dealt with I wou recommend this dealer to anyone
responsive, professional, courteous, and personable. If I was certain and ready to make a purchase, there would have been a deal. Nonetheless, the staff still "followed up" with me. As well, their cars were in pristine condition.
I was interested in buying a convertible, and the saleman insisted on having the roof up so he wouldn't mess up his hair !!!! Then , in trying to work out the numbers, he was so severely off the mark, using a calculator instead of the computer, could not get the figures straight ....insisting the payment was $400 less then it actually was, then when he inputted in computer and saw the error, just glibly said,"I knew I was doing something wrong...so this is the number"....no apology, but rather belligerent.... raised his voic... read more
