Car was sold when I called. But manager was nice

This is the best Mercedes-benz dealership I have been to find a vehicle. Hospitality, friendly and customer service are the best.
They have been working with me trying to get me in to the car. Several managers and salespeople have reached out and have been very courteous. Hoping to look at a car this weekend.
Immediate response and meeting scheduled. Test drove the car and discussed pricing, which is still ongoing.
The most easy/no pressure sales process EVER! Nick and Adnon (I hope I spelled his name right) were awesome! I’m super happy with my GLC Coupe!

Very bad experience, the guys there should work a little better, was interested to by Mercedes Sprinter, send request for more information, they said that sprinter is available, but not ready for sale yet, offered to put deposit on it, to make sure they donât sell it, because I like the sprinter, anyway we been talking 3 times, and they keep saying will call you when itâs ready, and quest what, in 2 weeks got email that sprinter is sold to someone else, itâs horrible customer service:.
