I had a great experience with this company. Justin was very helpful in providing all the details that helped me to make the best decision. The financing was very good everything went smoothly, I was very pleased. No gimmicks. Overall I had a great experience.
Good. Dealer was responsive to questions. Pricing policy was unclear. Ultimately, I purchased a different vehicle from another dealer.
They were extremely helpful and they responded to my requests.
They responded right away informing me that the vehicle was being peepared and pictures were going to be posted. Then I was transfered to another sales person. Then two weeks passed by and nobody ever showed me the pictures or shared a link to see the vehicle. Finally I got an email from the first sales person informing me that the vehicle wasnt going to be available for sale. That sums up my experience with this dealership.
Salesman Al,dealt with me mostly by email.I would think when your looking to spend over $40000 dollars, you would think the salesman would be negotiating with you by telephone
Very attentive and professional. Some salesmen tend to be pushy and overbearing. After driving both the GLC and the GLA, I decided that the GLA was a better option for me. I never felt pressured to buy the higher priced GLC. I recommend Robin and Smithtown if you are looking for a hassle-free experience.
