This was by far the worst experience I've had with an arrogant dealership. I had to poke & prod any bit of information I could just to get details on this used vehicle. I don't recommend doing business with them. Perhaps with some Social training they might be a bit more hospitable. Overall: no thanks!! Taking business elsewhere!!!

Mercedes of SF responded quickly and I purchased the car from Salesman Eli Martinez who even allowed me to take vehicle for 4 hour test drive to show spouse. recommended.

Terrible customer service from management. I bought a used car with cash and was treated like absolute garbage once the deal was done. They failed to provide items that were agreed upon during the negotiation process. The only results I got were when I made repeated phone calls and threatened to contact their corporate office...and even then they were still less then helpful. Unfortunately, it was not good. I had made an appointment to see and drive a car. When we arrived someone else was looking at the car we had made an appointment for and the salesperson continued to show the vehicle and take it out for a drive. We were told it was just being washed and ready for us. We left and told them to call us if they didn't sell it. They, of course, called us and said it had sold, but would look for something else. Truly an over the top experience. Frank, Michael, Toby, Abigail and the finance manager made buying this car sight unseen from 400 miles away a truly seamless experience. Michael even took my call at 9:00 one evening with a last minute question before we rented a car one way to take delivery! What a class act group of people!!!
