The dealership need to have better customer service. I reached out to them being an out of state buyer but they were reluctant in selling me the car. They wanted me to come to the dealership in person. I’ve bought of state cars before and was never treated like this. The response was directly from their GM so I can imagine how their regular sales reps are trained.
