AVOID. Unprofessional. ZERO Integrity. When I had the audacity to question the thin service history of a C450 from CarFax and mention the spotty reviews of this dealership, I received a rude email from Michael Martinez, General Manager. Specifically, I asked for the conditioning report and whether the transmission was serviced. Evidently Mike thinks I should go elsewhere for a $29,000 car. What a classless dolt. Pompous and condescending! I was looking at a GLC 300. Things started out nice enough, but when I called to follow up I found out that the general manager sent me the wrong build sheet and he said they wouldn’t even sell the car that I was inquiring about to begin with. Fine, whatever. But then I mentioned I was an out of state buyer and he rudely said that he wouldn’t even entertain the deal because of this unless I either used their in house financing (so that they can get get a kick back) and/or put 20K down, even though... read more
