James Shin might have given me the best customer service I have ever received anywhere and my career is in the hospitality field. While I think often times that there are negative connotations associated with car dealers James truly went above and beyond. The staff were outstanding treating us fairly and with respect. The process was quick and professional.
Great dealership...but I gave a list of things I wanted to do, and the execution/ response was helter shelter. Computer breakdowns, lower levels were to blame.
