I asked the salesman who contacted me whether the vehicle had a particular package, and was told a "brand- specialist" would contact me with the answer. Never heard back from anyone with the answer.
Was contacted by the dealership but when I had additional questions, I didn't receive a follow-up call.
Schmoozers. I'm a first time buyer and was treated like I absolutely knew nothing. I had done my research and had my very well-informed dad backing me. Tried to get me to sign without him.
Terrible. I talked to them, they said it would be two or three days before the shop could get the car ready to show, and then they sold it to someone else without ever contacting me.
