They responded quickly unfortunately the car was sold but they tried to work with me for another one. They even offered a newer model at the same price, unfortunately not the color combo I want. I am still in the market. The car they had was a rare color combination that I wanted but it was sold already. My rating is only relating to tge online sales and one representative. Customer service amazing and very informative.
I set up an appointment. Drove 45 minutes to the dealer only to be told by the receptionist that I couldn't have an appointment because my salesman wasn't scheduled to work that day. (Even after showing her my email confirmation.) I also asked the salesman to communicate with me via email as I couldn't be interrupted during work on the phone, but he still called several times, interrupting meetings at work. Hmmmom.
