Horrivle customer service. Didn't care about my needs as customer at all, only care about trying to make a sale. Also, don't do any trade in with them because they will lowball you EXTREMELY bad.

Very professional and overall left with a great experience. I had pre-negotiated a price with Adeajai Dotson over the phone. When I showed up at the dealership without an appointment, Adeajai was with another customer but he promptly got Veronica to show me the car. Veronica was really nice. She spent over an hour taking me on a test drive on the windy streets of SF and showed me every feature in the car. Called about two cars and they told me that they wouldn't sell the car to an out of state buyer. When asked why I wasn't given a good explanation. I called on a car to my surprise with a sister dealership in the East Bay of ML of SF and they didn't have the same policy.
This dealership very customer friendly, especially Addie Kwan who was really professional and worked really hard to accommodate us even after the sale.
