Dealer responded, car sold, but they have continued to try to work with me.

James Shin might have given me the best customer service I have ever received anywhere and my career is in the hospitality field. While I think often times that there are negative connotations associated with car dealers James truly went above and beyond. He literally came back and forth to my work 3 times in one day, stayed in constant contact with me working through my less than sparkling credit to get my Smart Car for me. The staff were outstanding treating us fairly and with respect. The process was quick and professional.
Great dealership...but I gave a list of things I wanted to do, and the execution/ response was helter shelter. Computer breakdowns, lower levels were to blame.

I told the sales person Lauren I was was serious and ready to buy, after 4 phone calls she gave me a trade number and said go to my credit union. I told her I had cash and let's make this work today. 4 out 6 times I talked to her she said she was too busy. I would have bought it and picked it up that Monday. So I went that night a bought a car somewhere else.
