not good.. didn't want to make a deal with my trade which wasted my time I actually was going to buy the car but decided not to due to not working with my trade.
A sales person contacted me quickly. We agreed on a price over the phone. I thought I had a great deal, until the car was shipped to me. There were nine (9) damages to the car, marked on the delivery paper by the trucking company, and visually clear to see. I immediately filed a complaint with the trucking company. The sales person called to tell me the damages were already there when I purchased the car. The dealer tried to bait and switch me for a more expensive car and sold this one out from under me and I had just gotten my lone so I went elsewhere
They stopped replying to my emails when I inquired about having vehicle inspected.
Everything was very smooth. Shi Shi was terrific in solidifying the deal, and providing great customer service!
