Mercedes Benz of San Francisco was top notch and extremely professional and knowledgeable. My wife is very happy with her car, and I was very pleased with the entire transaction process.
Bad service! Talked over phone about vehicle/price/pictures, says he will get back to me. Less than 3hrs later I get emails about when am I going to come in to meet? Told him politely, I'm still waiting for answers like we discussed over phone before I waste my time comming in. He replies with rude emails back telling me to unsubscribe and to end communication. I can't say enough how well I was taken care of during my test drive. Thank you for a great experience !
Worst experience ever. This dealer use bait tactics to attract customers. They first told me lower rate to get to them, and made me complete paper work n all. And after that told me that they can’t give me rate that they told me before. Very rude and deceiving staff. Manager is extremely rude guy and helps his staff to run this whole scam. I won’t recommend this dealer at all.
