My experience has been very good. Sadly the car was sold a day earlier.
Big dealership means good support but limited flexibility in price.

Buyers need to be informed this dealership does not adhere to the price that is advertised on Cargurus. They claim the advertised price is the work of Cargurus and it is not what they’re selling the car for. The actual price, they claim, is $1,500 above the advertised price. This is very shady and considers false advertisement. There are others that have similar experience with this dealership. Be careful.

Ran my credit got approved then never heard from the sales agent again. I called and they said the car was unable to be sold. Very disappointed thankfully I found what I was looking for else where.

I was in touch with this dealer and had asked them to send a video of any dings even small on a used car. I mentioned I wanted to understand the condition prior to making a 1 hour trip. The dealer kept on making excuses and never sent the video. I made the trip anyways knowing that the car I wanted is popular as the Carfax was clean. They had many opportunities to tell me of the damages but kept it a secret until I went to see it.
