I was just about to pull the trigger when they increased the price by several thousand dollars. Obviously I did not move forward. They were responsive, and courteous. No problem with interaction, just the price increase.
When I spoke to the dealer representative, I was told that the vehicle was recently received and was still being serviced. The gentleman was kind and professional. I wasn’t given a completion time.
