Lonnie Mercedes Very little follow up due to salesman. It was told to me that the salesman was no longer with the company but service got better about two weeks after purchasing my Mercedes. Now I’m happy and enjoying my Mercedes.

Pre Owned Vehicle Purchase Craig Smoak, Sales Representative, was very professional and made us feel at home. He sold my spouse a car last year so we contacted him and he took care of the sales process. The Finance Manager was incredibly helpful and ensured I understood all options of the contract. This was my 3rd purchase so I was pretty familiar but he had excellent customer service skills!

They make it so painless William came to my home to let me test drive the 2020 GLE350 - I loved it and so he took the time to find the color and options I wanted- the next week the car came in and he brought it to me - so EASY!

MBOSA and Rafael are the best Rafael is the best. He listened carefully and got us the exact car we wanted at a reasonable price. All the staff was super and we felt totally attended to, especially in helping us navigate the technical stuff on the dashboard.
