So far so good, they got me right in and stayed in communication with me throughout the day. Also offered me a rental and a pick up/drop off service. Did a multipoint inspection and made recommendation and listed them by priority. Trust worthy and accommodating.
Robb, Kyle and Mike made buying a car a pleasure. Owings Mills MB was the best car dealer experience I have ever had. While most of the cars I've owned have been 'purchased' by the man in my life; I have had numerous dealer experiences with several manufacturers. None of them were as professional, transparent and friendly as Owings Mills MB.
