I had a great experience buying from Mercedes-Benz of Owings Mills, all because of Lucy! I saw her post a picture of a VW Tiguan on Facebook; the exact car I was looking at but too expensive for a brand new one. She made the process quick and easy! Lucy is very committed to her clients and making sure they are happy. My biggest delay on buying this vehicle was because I have 2 dogs and didn't want leather seats.
